Passports and Visas

Advance travel planning and early visa application are important, since visa applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. It is strongly suggested that all attendees contact their local embassy to determine the travel documents they will need to visit the United States.

Personal Insurance

It is recommended that all attendees take out a personal travel and health insurance policy for their trip to the 3rd Pan American Congress in Miami, Florida, USA.
