Each Travel Grant Award includes complimentary registration and funding of up to $1,000 USD. Limited grants are available.

2024 Travel Grant submissions are closed

To apply, you must be the first author on at least one submitted abstract and complete the official Travel Grant application, which is incorporated into the abstract submission process.

You must complete your Travel Grant application in conjunction with your abstract submission. You will not be able to apply for a 2024 Travel Grant after your abstract submission is completed.

  • Please do not apply for a Travel Grant unless you are prepared to travel to the 2024 PAS Congress to present your research. Attendance at the in-person PAS Congress is required to receive the Travel Grant funds.
  • Travel Grant Award funds will be distributed AFTER the conclusion of the PAS Congress and participation has been verified.
  • If an awarded Travel Grant applicant has already registered for the PAS Congress and paid applicable registration fees, the MDS International Secretariat will aid in processing a refund.

Only one (1) Travel Grant application per candidate will be considered for the 2024 PAS Congress. If you submit multiple Travel Grant applications, only the abstract receiving the highest cumulative score will be reviewed.

Qualified applicants are not required to be a current MDS Member; however, current Members do receive additional points on their cumulative application score.
